You can participate in the Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend if you:
- have a studio in a complex with several artists, and at least three artists from the complex are participating
- your studio is located in Rotterdam.

The 5th edition of the Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend will take place on 21 and 22 September 2024! On this page you will find more information about how to register.
Participants to the Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend will be opening their studio to the public on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September 2024 between 11 AM and 5 PM. In addition, everyone is free to provide extra activities or a snack/drink, but this is not a requirement.
Registration procedure:
You can only register for the Groot Rotterdams Atelier weekend per location. Please find below more information about the procedure:
One person from a location will contact us using the form below. This person also indicates how many and which artists are participating at the location (there must be at least three).
We will assess the registration and let you know by e-mail if you can participate.
Subsequently, all listed artists will receive an individual registration form by e-mail. All participating artists must register via that link.
The rest of the communication regarding the weekend will take place via the specified contact person from a complex. After 30 June, this person will receive an overview of the artists who have registered for us to verify.
New locations could register for the Groot Rotterdams Atelier Weekend until 21 June 2024.
