Time Window is a collective of 50 artists located at Teilingerstraat 120 in North Rotterdam, representing various disciplines from dance to digital art, from music theatre to fashion. What started in 2015 as an experimental festival has grown into a self-organising space for talent development. During GRAW 2021, visitors to the studio complex can also enjoy art performances.
